This website provides information about comedian Steve Rivera and a way to submit booking inquiries. You agree to use it lawfully, not to misuse the booking form, and not to submit false or misleading information. I reserve the right to decline any inquiry.

Submitting an inquiry through this site is a request for information and availability — not a confirmed booking or a binding contract. No booking is confirmed until both you and Steve Rivera (or his representative) agree in writing on the date, set type, fee, and show details. Quotes are provided on request and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Steve Rivera offers Host/Emcee, Feature, Special Guest, and Headliner sets. Pricing is quote-based and depends on the date, city, venue, set length, and show format. The Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and surrounding areas) is the primary touring region; other locations may be considered on request.

Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed terms — including fee, date, set length, and the simple technical rider described on this site — govern the performance. Steve Rivera is a working comedian with a simple, professional rider. Any changes to the rider or show details must be agreed in writing before the performance.

Cancellation terms for a confirmed booking are specified in the written booking agreement for that specific date. As a general guideline, cancellations made well in advance may be rescheduled; last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee at Steve Rivera's discretion. If Steve Rivera must cancel for an emergency, he will work to reschedule or refund per the booking agreement.

All content on this site — including the name "Steve Rivera," headshots, photography, show titles (such as Innocent Ignorance), bios, and written material — is owned by Steve Rivera Comedy and protected by copyright. You may use approved headshots and bio text solely to promote a confirmed Steve Rivera booking. Any other use requires written permission. Do not reproduce, sell, or redistribute site content without consent.

This site is provided "as is." Steve Rivera Comedy makes no guarantees about uninterrupted or error-free access and disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Comedy is subjective; audience reactions vary.

To the extent permitted by law, Steve Rivera Comedy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a booking. Total liability for any confirmed booking is limited to the performance fee actually paid for that engagement.

This site links to Instagram and uses third-party booking-form tools. I don't control and aren't responsible for the practices or content of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois, unless otherwise agreed in a written booking contract.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
